This is fairly simple: you ask a question, and then you post a Watchman's(or Watchwoman's) reaction.

I may as well start.

Me: Hey Rorschach, do you have a cat?
Rorschach: *glares at me*...no...
Me: Fine...*leaves*
Rorschach: ...*once i'm gone, he opens his coat, and pulls out a tiny white kitten with black spots*
Kitten: ...mew!*licks Rorschach's nose, purring*
Rorschach:...heh
